How To Get Rid Of Flabby Arms

I’ve been reading a lot of comments from women asking me how to get rid off the flab on their arms. Do I have to lose weight, do more cardio, or lift weights? Is there some complicated formula that I need to know in order to get my arms tight and lean? Not really. It’s actually quite simple when it comes to making your arms toned and getting rid off the giggle. The three major muscle groups in your upper arm are biceps, triceps, and your shoulder muscles. What makes a difference between flabby and tight arms is your tricep muscles. If you start doing at least the basic exercises to build and strengthen those muscles in the back of your upper arms, you’ll see a huge difference. I did this video to show you some of the best exercises for your triceps so that you can try them at home.
The key is in building lean muscles, because that’s what makes your body solid. If you won’t train your muscles, you will be soft and your arms and who knows what else on your body is going to look like a jelly. The best and the fastest way to tighten everything up is through intense training. It could be lifting weights that are heavy or working out with medium size weights or even just your own bodyweight at a high intensity. As long as it feels hard and your muscles are tensing a lot during the workout, you are on the right path.
Next time we can talk about whether or not you’ll get big bulky arms if you start lifting heavy weights, because that seems like a hot topic and some of you have been asking me what’s my perspective.

Hi Zuzanna… I have been watching your web for at least 3 years. Loving all the tips and ideas you are giving. My question for you is…. How can you get rid of under armpit fat… Also known… Tank toppers, extra breast tissue. Not the arms. Wearing a tank top, it is embrassing. The flab just spills over. Is there any exercises or cardio that we would follow or even you recommend. Never had them before but after having my first baby… It showed. Then second baby it is more noticeable. Another question.. My last baby I had was in 2008 of Dec…. I really need to tone and tighten my lower abs as well. Any type of abs or cardio exercise you recommend…. I’ve got 2 of your DVDs … The ZCut Power Strenght and ZCut Power Cardio.. I am trying to order your other DVDs which are …. six-Pack Power Abs ZCut and ZCut ZRopes but… Due that we live in Canada.. I just made 2 circuits in 8 min of How to Get Rid of Flabby Arms(2.06.14) after 5 circuits(25 rounds) of Rock Solid Abs Workout(9.06.14) + 6 rounds of Evil Exercises for ABS(30.05.14). Diamond push ups are killing. Today I found that I could do it, before I was doing it from my knees. I could do it 1 before.Now I did 10 reps in one circuits!! My triceps were shaking when I was streching.

I completed 3 rounds of 10 reps in 12:38 (Triceps Extensions with 5 kg dumbbell, Scull Crushers with 12 kg kettlebell).
