Zuzka Stretching

Workout Breakdown

  1. Burpees - 30 sec
  2. Crab Kicks - 30 sec
  3. Donkey Kick Jump Tuck - 30 sec
  4. Low Jacks - 30 sec
  5. Side Jump Lunge - 30 sec

Each exercise is 30 seconds long so you'll have to go through this circuit twice in order to complete 5 minutes. Good luck and have fun!

This workout may be short but do not get fooled by the length. It’s a very effective routine that will boost your metabolism and kick your body into gear for the rest of the day. If you are short on time, then this 5-minute workout is going to help you to keep up with your fitness without sacrificing too much time. You can do the Ab Shredder workout anywhere, even in a hotel room if you’re traveling, because it doesn’t require any equipment. It’s just you, and the 5 minutes that you have to give your body some exercise.

    Wow my cardio sucks haha. I was so out of breath after the first round! The crab dance is harder than it looks, not sure if it’s because I have really long legs or what but it’s a surprisingly challenging exercise. I was starting to feel a bit of burning in my legs during the low jack’s. Such a fun quick effective workout!!
