Hi warriors!
We had a long hot weekend here in L.A., and the summer is officially over. Kids go to school this week and I’ve learned that according to some millionaire snobs over 100 years ago, we’re not suppose to wear white after Labor Day. Thank god we’re no longer afraid to break any rules whether it’s about fashion, diet, or exercise. That said, I am so happy to see that more professionals like Dr. Jennifer Ashton are finally coming forward to tell us that diet low in carbs, and high in fat and protein is the way to go. I’ve been saying this for years. Except I’m nicer. I’ll let you earn the little bit of carbs with your workout, so take the opportunity and give this Body Bomber 5 minute workout a go!
I’m excited to start today of with another 5 minute workout that you can do anywhere. No equipment needed, just the timer on your smart phone that will count down 5 minutes for you. This workout is made out of only 3 bodyweight exercises. Dive bomber push up (for upper body strength) , Jump Squat (for cardio and legs), and Crab Toe Touch (for strengthening your core), and you’ll be doing 10 reps for each one of them.
Do not take any break and just keep going through the circuit until your time is up. The sad truth about this workout is that it’s going to feel like it’s never going to end, and it’s because we’re doing only 3 exercises. Or maybe because I’m impatient. You tell me after you do it yourself. Let me know how did you like this routine and what would you like to focus on and improve in terms of your training.

Yesterday night May 1…Amazing Abs workout! Well, I did 3 times 5 minutes wo # 32; also I did 5 minutes wo # 8 and I did 5 full rounds, Dive bombers killed my arms hahhaha! Then I did 5 minutes wo # 7 with 4 full rounds + # 1 + # 2 + 8 reps of exercise # 3, last time I did only 4 full rounds; and for finish my night I did a personal KB workout with 5 differents exercises of 20 reps each one and I did 2 full rounds in 9:06 minutes ! And now I’ll sleep ! Good night

I did 4 rounds and 3 reps of divebombers in 5 min after my 30 min workout. I love divebombers- the best bodyweight exercise for back. Thank you!

Started 10 burpees as warm up then 4 rounds. I love this workout. Awesome for when I have days like today and really don’t have time for an work out. But I got it done 😀

This was great, I almost skipped my workout this morning because I was so tired and cranky still from the time change. However, I completed this workout and felt 100% better once it was done 🙂 Zuzka is right, doing some form of exercise every single day is so important.
