I can’t believe that this is already my seventeenth 5 minute workout. Time just goes so fast and before you know it, you realize that you’re 17 or 37 workouts in, your pants are lose on you and you’ve already reached the first fitness goal you’ve set for yourself a few weeks ago. It’s all about not waiting for anything anymore and just jump right in. Do the things that you’ve always wanted to do, or the things you know will get you what you’ve always wanted. At the end of the day, you have way more to lose if you stay still and do nothing. Do you want to feel good and get in shape? Start now. Do at least one of my 5 minute workouts a day, and stay consistent. Soon you’ll create a habit and next thing you know, you’ll be doing 15 minute workouts every single day and feel like an athlete.
I was pushing myself pretty hard, but you let me know how you did. Remember that you can always set the timer for 10 or 15 minutes instead and do the same exercises at the same intensity for longer period of time!

Great workout! Loved the different combos, even though I was struggling to keep my balance with those pistol leg switches. Couldn’t quite keep up with Z today though … Completed 1 full round plus exercises 1, 2, and 3 of round 2.

I kept behind Zu but speed up at the end and did exactly same reps but pistols were half. Score 2 rounds+exercise 1, 2 and 3 reps of exercise 3. See you all, take care.

I did this one today. It was fun! I could not do the jump switch between the pistol squats so I just stuck with regular pistols. I was actually able to do the clapping burpees which was a pleasant surprise! I also remember when jump tucks made me want to vomit and die but today they were the easiest part of the workout!! Can’t thank you enough, Zuzka, for helping me get my body and my health back.
