This workout is great for your abs, because it combines high intensity cardio and exercises that force all of the muscles in your midsection to contract. So make sure to give it all you have and push hard if you want your abs to show!
Workout Breakdown:
1. Jump Jack Jump Tuck x 10
2. Mountain Climber (2 jumps counts as 1 rep) x 10
3. Jump Lunge x 10
4. Side Burpee x 10

Hey Evangelia, I always thought the same, and asked but never happened, but one day Scott from Zteam answered someones question and put a link to ALL the 5 minute fat burns . So I saved that wo under my favorites and put a hashtag that I could find the 5 min fat burns there. Look under JR CARDIO #18X , look for the link from Scott. 😀
