30 Bodyweight Exercises That Will Make You Look Good in a Bikini

Here are 30 bodyweight exercises I’ve been including into my training for the past 2 years. If you’re a ZGYM member, then you’re familiar with most of them already. It’s a mixture of exercise from beginners to advanced. Exercises that focus on core strength, power, mobility and flexibility. As a matter of fact, if you know how to put together an effective workout, you could keep yourself in a great shape doing combinations of  just these exercises. It would get repetitive over time, but you would still get results. Luckily you don’t have to rely on this list alone, if you’re a ZGYM member but you can always pick a few exercises from this video as an extra bonus and extra burn.

 

300 Rep Bodyweight Workout

If you feel up to the challenge, try 10 reps for each exercise in this video. Here’s how to do it. Play the video, watch the first exercise, then pause and do 10 reps. Play the video again watch the second exercise and do 10 reps. It’s perfectly fine if you’re doing this workout for the very first time. Take time to get familiar with each exercise. Next time, you’ll just have to watch the video one time through and then do all the exercises back to back with a very little or no break in between. Your goal is to complete this workout in the least amount of time. If you do it, let me know in the comments below how long did it take you. Let others try to beat your time!

    Hi Zi! Why don’t you do the complete 300 reps workout in one of your next bodyweight workout..💪🏽so that we can follow along with you with the right intensity?!?🙃 I ‘d really appreciate it 😅

    It’s kinda comforting that I am not the only one who needed over 30mins for this (though I completed more than 300 reps because I did 10 reps of the ballerina exercises aso. on each leg). The variety of push ups was so challenging! Definitely one of my favs, not least since I have to choose fairly low impact workouts till I get my gym floors. This is expensive (50 bucks each, plus shipping) but I highly recommend it to those of you who dont want their neighbours to be annoyed 🙂 I ordered only 2 square meters, that’s enough for kb, jump tucks and rock star burpees ;D

      hey, what gym floors are you ordering? i have the same problem with neighbours and jump tucks! so im looking for a solution, thanks for sharing! Annie

        I am in Germany, so I cannot help you… :/ it’s a German brand. Also, you cannot just order two of them, usually you have to get at least 20. My husband is a personal trainer, so he ordered two extra for me when he opened his own studio. I don’t know if there are more possibilities in other countries, you might google “gym flooring” (thickness: 2-3 inches) and call the company that distributes them. Or look for gyms that are closing in your area, they sometimes sell gym floors, too.

          i live in the Czech Republic so I`m pretty sure German companies deliver here too 🙂
          the only things that come up for me when i googles are like those soft puzzle mat kind of things from decathlon but i dont think they will be enough for insulation…

    Zuska, You have been my favorite friend (in a one sided relationship kinda way) inspiration and mentor now for 10 yrs!!! I would just like to say I no longer take part in social media so If i may, i would like to share a few thoughts here. Watching you flow through these bodyweight excercises is like watching a butterfly fly waiver in and out of the most beautiful flower garden – you are truley a beauty in your field. You make it all look so easy but we all know it takes discipline, hardwork, steadfast effort and a positive attitude that gets us the results we all long for!!
