Hi guys,
This week we’re going to test our progress with the Benchmark Workout. I hope you’ll share your new personal bests so that we all can compare our times and motivate each other to try harder. I have 4 new awesome Zgym workouts for you this week and another Six:02 with fashionhaul.

Wednesday – Kettlebell Workout – All Levels #10 (new in ZGYM)
Your second workout can be Six:02 #1

Thursday – 6:02 workout #3 + Fashionhaul (new in workouts)

Friday – Benchmark Workout (beat your personal best)

Saturday – JRC #6 X – Tabata (New in ZGYM)
Your second workout can be one of the Power Yoga workouts

Sunday – Power Yoga #15 (new in ZGYM)

Hi Z, still waiting for workout to be posted but like a few other warriors mentioned the 2x workouts a day you put up for the diet bet challenge were great. I also like doing two workouts a day. Could u perhaps continue with that schedule you were doing? Thank u for new workouts and weekly schedules 🙂

I've got to put on hold kettlebell workouts due to my herniated disk- I noticed it hurts more afterwards.
I bought Egoscue's book and I do his exercises on a daily basis. When I get better, I'll come back to my big, heavy ball 😀

Hi Magda, I hope u feel better soon with that herniated disk, I was going to buy that book as well. I’ve been experiencing a lot of back pain lately and more so when I’m using the heavier kb. Get better:))

Hi Zuzka! I agree that it would be great if you could keep posting the 2 workouts/day. I know I could just choose from the workouts in the ZGym, but I think it’s important to pair them in such a way that they compliment each other and don’t lead to overtraining. Thank you!

Oh no the Benchmark workout! It’s so tough. I only did 2 rounds the last time in 16:51 because I was afraid I would be too sore to work out the next day. So I will do 2 rounds this week and try to beat my time then add a 3rd and 4th round and add that time. Thanks, Zuzka, for the new workouts. I’m loving the 6:02 workouts once a week. I especially liked the 1st one. 🙂
