This is a really hard cardio that will help increase your flexibility and joint mobility via the amount of dynamic stretching that this workout has to offer. Every time you kick you’ll be improving your flexibility and it will be noticeable by the end of this short workout. This fun series of exercises will work your legs from top to bottom so make sure to put an effort into making each kick count.
Workout Breakdown
1. Jump Lunge Kick Up
2. Martelo Burpees
3. Jump Squat side kick
4. Front Kick Push Ups
5. Jaw Kick Burpees (Queixada – capoeira kick)

Awesome workout! One of my favorites. However, I did what Zuzka recommends not doing…I did it immediately after another workout (Summer Shred #4). I’m sure my performance suffered (my legs felt like I had 20 lb dumb bells tied to them) but didn’t know if I could squeeze in a 2nd workout later. So glad I joined ZGYM 2 1/2 months ago!

Hi Zuzka, good workout! I used it as warm up for Kb workout of the day! First time I did it in March I was feeling cramps in the back of my legs, today not feeling anything…good news! Next time I will count my reps. See u, take care.

This was good, but my kicks were pitiful! Need to work on opening up my hips I think. Kicks seemed choppy and not nearly as high in reality as they were in my mind!

Dang that was intense! My heart is coming out of my chest now! That was my first time doing this routine and I had to take a quick 10 second break or so between rounds so I didn’t pass out! Oh and I absolutely LOVE those pants Zuzka I wish I could find those somewhere!
