This is a super intense full body blast workout that will get your heart rate through the roof. You can use a large plastic container, or a plyo box, bench, big suitcase, chair, basically anything that’s at your knee level. You can also stack a few pillows on top of each other.

This one felt great today 🙂 We’re in the middle of a heat wave here and my house is almost intolerably hot and humid. I did a full length workout yesterday and literally felt ill when I was done so I decided to keep it short today and I’ll take my dog for a longer walk tonight when the sun goes down.
