Our bodies are designed to move on a daily basis and variety is the key to result driven exercise program. Today is our short day so that our body gets just the right amount of exercise and rest. All you have to do today is to be tough for the following 5 minutes and give me all of your energy. You don’t have to see me for the rest of the day… Until tomorrow 🙂

    I love these Figure 8 Squats!! I don’t think I’ve done them before? I love any exercise that strengthens while taking me into full range of motion.
