Hi girls,
For all of you busy bees out there that don’t have time to do even my short 15 minute workouts, don’t get discouraged, get excited instead, because I have a solution for you. I get days like that myself, when even my shortest workout still seems way too long for me to take on. Try this workout, to get a sexy butt in just 3 minutes a day! I would never give up on taking care of my body tho, because that is something that directly affects my mind. I believe in energy. Everything is actually an energy, which has been already proven by quantum physicists. This shows, that our body, mind and soul is just one interconnected energy field. You can change the way you feel by changing your posture, or your facial expression. No wonder, that physical exercise has such a huge impact on our mood.
That said, do not give up on your fitness just because you are busy. You don’t have to. You can still be a healthy, happy girl with an awesome butt that makes you proud 🙂 My advice number one for you is keep your diet clean. Ask yourself questions each time before you put anything in your mouth. Is this food good for me? How much do I want to be fit and feel great about my body? Do I want that more than I want this donut right now? How am I going to feel after I eat this junk food? The problem is that we use food for our emotional comfort and we are doing this without using our intellect. Asking yourself questions that will make you think more about what are you actually doing will help you to make better decisions. If you can keep your diet really clean, than the lack of time for regular exercise will not be such a big deal. Not with the advice that I have for you in the video above!
