Lorna Jane’s Inspired
If you’re looking for an inspiration to start living your active life, this book will give you some ideas and may help you to find the motivation you’ve been looking for. Lorna knows how to tap into your inner feelings and wake up the girl you’ve always wanted to be. I say a girl, because this book seems more targeted towards the younger generation. I have enjoyed reading it nevertheless.
Dave Asprey’s Bulletproof Diet
This book is filled with scientific research, information you’ve may never heard of, and ton of new ideas on how to guide your diet. It’s an interesting read, even if you’re not completely on board with Dave’s vision of the perfect nutrition approach.
Max Shank’s Ultimate Athleticism
Max is a friend of mine and a mentor that I learned Kettlebell Training techniques from. He’s the pro when it comes to dramatically improving your overall athletic performance and his book will walk you through some of the most advanced bodyweight drills, lifting techniques and postural exercises.

Speaking of Lorna Jane. I was in Seattle a couple weeks ago visiting my sister. We were walking down the mall in downtown Seattle and came across her store. Great stuff! Thought of you Zuzka!

Just put Bulletproof book and audio on hold at the library. I see he has a cookbook coming out this December as well. I like the high healthy fat -low sugar/carb approach. I’m always interested in learning and expanding my horizons. 🙂 Would love to hear Zuzka’s review on these books when she’s done reading, especially Bulletproof diet and his coffee recipe. I want to try the Bulletproof Coffee starter kit (upgraded coffee and brain oil) but want to make sure it’s worth my money. I cant seem to get the same burst of energy and focus every time with the typical organic coffee, kerrygold, and coconut oil. It makes me very full in the AM which is great, but then I feel like I’m starving my muscles of protein because usually I’m still not hungry after my workout if I have the bulletproof coffee pre workout.
