This tea is great to help you calm down and get some restful sleep. I was pleasantly surprised that I felt calmer and more relaxed after drinking only about half of a cup.
I was concerned it would have a bad smell from the valerian root but the chamomile and mint hide it nicely. I really enjoyed the flavor but it is definitely earthy and herbal, as described.

Delicious, high quality tea. Chamomile flavor really comes through and the mint lifts it without it tasting minty. Very nice before in the evening. I would but more if she restocks.
