I have to say that nothing feels as good as being free and strong in your body. I feel lucky for being healthy and able to do handstands for fun, and waking up in the morning without aches and pains. I’m so glad I’m more flexible now than I’ve ever been, but all that didn’t happen over night and without effort. It doesn’t matter when you start at what age, because our bodies can adapt quickly. Start taking control of your fitness today and you’ll be forever grateful you did. Try this workout, push yourself, and have fun!

Omg my legs are literally sand bags from this week. The jump lunges were so hard in the second round!!! Loved this one so much, it hit everything plus the cardio “lung burn.” 90 reps total!

so – this will be my workout tomorrow because I have done walk/run/workout workouts all week – after walking 2 miles from work 3 days this week, too!
so – it’s my ‘rest day’ workout .. DON’T yell at me, hahahaha π
it’s rest compared to the 1-2 hours I’ve been doing all week!
with the historic, record-making snowfall we had in Idaho this winter, being cooped up since November has put everyone here in HYPER-exercise mode because we can finally touch dirt again. π

Awesome! Muly legs didn’t want to jump lunge and after 19 reps in first round lunges dropped to 16-12π€«π

This was so fun, came upon it watching youtube and said hey get off your butt and do this, so I did and very happy right now. Did this in addition to the handstand program and shelf butt and 6 pack abs.
