I’m sure that many of you are excited for the weekend. I know how Fridays are. You’re looking forward to finish your work and get home as fast as possible and relax with your family or go out with friends. That’s why I keep our Friday workouts short yet still intense. It’s for the sustainability reasons which I talked about in today’s coffee talk: How to get into shape -part 1. You don’t want to set yourself up for a failure by planning a long workout for every single day. Be reasonable, make sure your expectations are realistic and you won’t have to worry about falling off the wagon. Get this workout over with and then go on with your weekend!

Hi Z, just in response to a comment about your tutorial at the beginning of a video, I think it’s great, actually. I don’t use the beginner modifications, but I think that you are doing service to all those people who are immediately discouraged when they see advanced moves. I can only imagine how time demanding it would be to ask you to create extra videos of all these modifications and provide links to them as you have done before, but I think that could appease people who don’t want to wait for the video to load to skip ahead.

This was awesome. Thank you Zuzka!! Those jump lunges with the kb was a toughy. Loved it. Great way to warm up before yoga. Today’s Mother’s Day and I got yoga blocks!! Yipppeeee. I’ve been wanting them and and I’m so excited. Thanks for the tutorial. I don’t mind even though I don’t need it. I just play it while I’m warming up and stretching then I’m ready to go when you’re done and I appreciate you trying to reach out to all people of dif fitness levels. Happy Day! Oh, I think I tracked my reps correctly (not a math girl) I’m almost always the same as you but I didn’t see where yours was listed this time.

That was tough! 48 reps total, using a 25lb KB and doing unassisted pull-ups (from the ground, haven’t mastered dead hangs yet).
