Dear Zuzka,
Just wanted to quick thank you for the abs! I started doing your workouts in December after I cleaned up my diet doing a Whole30. I had heard of your you tube channel from a good friend. I just had my 3rd baby and was looking to really get my body back and take it to another level…. I am so pleased with the results! I am a mother of three kids under 5 and a part time nurse… So I don’t have a whole lot of time to work out. Your workouts are so perfect for me because I can fit them into my busy busy schedule.

OPEN LETTER O ZUZKA Hi Zuzka, i really wanted to do the same thing but i forgot, before i started, to take a pic of my “before”, anyway, i’m 32 and i’m Italian, since i left ballet class at 20 I never been happy about my shape, even if was used to run and go to the gym….then I found you and i can’t explain in words how i’m grateful for the things you do for us, and the way you do them….the sentence you always say in the videos “get in the best shape of ours lives” is true, i’ve never been so happy about my body, is exactly the way i always wanted it to be, and i reached these results just in 4 months. If I look at myself n front of the mirror i really can’t beliene my eyes, never thought this thing could really work the way the do. Every person i meet is totally amazed by the change and everybody ask me how i did it, so i try to send everyone to your site because you helped me to feel good with myself in a way i never felt before, it shows in every thing i do. I love the way you do the workouts, the enthusiasm, end the strenght, you make us feel that we’re not alone in this challenge….so in few words, I just want to say thank you.

Awesome! I wish we could see more stories and pictures of beautiful Zgym members. I need to find a before and take a picture now, especially since Z introduced pull up practice and encouraging us to try new body strengths such as hand stand push up practice. I have to admit though, that i do not like having my picture taken.
