Dear Zuzka,
Just wanted to quick thank you for the abs! I started doing your workouts in December after I cleaned up my diet doing a Whole30. I had heard of your you tube channel from a good friend. I just had my 3rd baby and was looking to really get my body back and take it to another level…. I am so pleased with the results! I am a mother of three kids under 5 and a part time nurse… So I don’t have a whole lot of time to work out. Your workouts are so perfect for me because I can fit them into my busy busy schedule.

I’m 25, never been pregnant and flabby. I just graduated from medical school, getting ready to start studying for my residency exam in the mid of November. Zuzka, listen here. I’m going to get at you girls in 3 months with a before and after picture. Let’s have a 12 weeks challenge with a reward in the end ( something symbolic). What do you say, Zuzy?
