Before and After | Kristina's Progress after 45 days of ZGYM

I am sending you my before and after pictures of my transformation. It has been 45 days, since I started following low-carb rules and short 15 min workouts with Z. I would be honored to show others, how much this works π Kristina,
Well, I became interested in fitness in spring 2012. I fell in love with it, but in February 2016 my father commited a suicide, he lost his long fight with depressions, and I stopped working out. I lost interest in everything, started eating like a pig, stopped exercising, I actually saw no sense in continuing with my passion as I lost the most beloved dad on this planet. We really had so great relationship , the connection bvetween father and the daughter, he was always there when needed, poeple loved him, he also did sport his entire life but we could not help him with this head. One day he managed to escape from the locked flat and we knew it was bad. We found him two hours later on his most favourite sport place.
Well, my world turned upside down. I was really fighting to come back , to love again what I lived for, but my attempts failed since then. BUT all changed when you came into my country. I could not see you but I swear to god I was watching every step you took π I was sooooo proud of you, I loved your interviews u did here, some of them were really tough and it was literally your presence here in the CR that woke me up. Next week I was preparing my body cutting down my carbs slowly and after a week I was able to feel ok from 200g to 100g, I still follow this low carb regime. I eat bread very rarely, I gave up rice, potatoes and pasta and exchanged that for fruits and veggies.
My starting weight was 66 kg. After a month it was 61,7 kg. I lost 7 cm round my waist, 5,5 cm round my butt, 2 cm in my thighs in 30 days. I know it is not that much in one month but my starting weight was actually not that high , still I am proud mostly of the fact, that my body doesn’t look fat, but sporty. Totally different π
I forgot to say that I bought the ZGYM description cause I totally fell in love with your 15 minute Fat Burn series and I needed more. I also love your 12 min Body, Summer SHred!!!! and Black Diamond Workouts π Really great !!!! I exercised 5-6x a week , 15 minutes a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. I am a mother of two kids, so I am really greatful for short workouts.
Damn, I wanted to be strict, I hate long emails π So thank you for reading and stay as cool as you are. I liiiike you so much, and owe you so much, you have no idea π
Sending you the before and after pictures, next month I will send another progress with you π I really have not been working out with anyone else and I have no plan to change that π

Wow, good job Kristina. It’s really special that you now get to share how much of an inspiration Zuzka has been to you, and in turn, inspire others with your story. I’m sure your dad is really proud of how you’ve turned your life around. You have to know he would want you to carry on and enjoy as much of this life as you can. Which is exactly what you’re doing! Such a sweet and heartfelt testimony. Great job taking back your health. I went through the same experiences after watching my father die & I can understand the pain and struggle. It’s hard to come back, but you did in an amazing way. π

Your story resonates with me so deeply, Kristina! Thank you for sharing it and wow, how great you look! I’ve been battling depression and anxiety for the longest time now and after years of trial and error, I found out that eating clean combined with Zu’s short but intense workouts help more than all the pills and therapy that I tried but unlike pills, the only side effect is looking better with time :). I’ve been following Zuzka since 2013 and her workouts are a part of my everyday routine. On bad days I force myself to work out just to clear the fog in my head a little.
Sorry for the long post, I guess I’m just trying to say how much I feel for you and your dad! I hope he is in a better place. You are such an inspiration!

Thank you Geri, I appreciate your comment so much. Depression is the worst thing I could get in touch with. My dad was really fighting, it was the first time I saw him crying as he wanted to go back to “normal” state …. but he didnt know how… professionals could not help. I truly feel for everyone fighting their own battles with this illness… be strong and take care β₯

I am SO inspired by your story. Way to push through and persevere. You are a difference maker by sharing your story!! Thank you for sharing it because others may go through something similar to what you have experienced and by sharing your story you are comforting someone else.
Zuzka, thank you for ALL you do. Girl, you see the impact you had on this woman Kristina and her life? It’s amazing. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t look forward to logging onto your website and seeing what we are working on for the day. Your food journal is great as well and whenever I feel like cheating on the low carb diet I log onto your Instagram page and look at you and think what would Zuzka do??? Haha… Z gym members, try that! It works!
Anyway Kristina, you are a beautiful woman. Sorry for your loss. We will ALL deal with difficult, really difficult situations in our lives, the difference is how we will react to the situation and choose to be…
