How My Book Came Together

If you’re a ZGYM member or a frequent visitor of my website, you’ve most likely already seen the book page and that my book is ready for Pre-Orders. What I haven’t shared with you yet, is how the book came together and what was the process of making it happen. In today’s vlog I did my best to describe the most important steps I had to take to bring my idea of “15 Minutes to Fit” to life.
