How to Deal with Problems
Blog | February 01, 2014
Being a human and being alive has his pro and cons just like everything else. One of those cons are challenges and problems that we have to deal with on a regular basis. Ever since we were born life wouldn’t always go the way we wanted to, but that doesn’t mean that life sucks and that we should let problems defeat us. Everything happens for a reason and every experience no matter how painful, is a lesson that prepares us and makes us stronger for the next stage of our life. It’s doesn’t matter what exactly are you going through. What’s important is how you perceive it, and how you deal with it.
Most of us react to problems by default without giving it too much thought. Our automatic reaction is often stress, anxiety, or even depression. It doesn’t have to be like that if we start consciously dealing with unpleasant events in a healthy and positive way. Can you remember all of the problems that you had to deal with five or ten years ago? I bet you don’t. Most of them are not important to you anymore. I am sure that you do have some memories of stressing out about something in the past that now seems ridiculous. Do you remember how miserable you were and how paralyzed you felt during that time? Don’t you wish you could go back in time and tell yourself not to stress out and enjoy your life as much as you can? Now imagine yourself as an old person. Do you think that an old you will want to come back in time to this day to tell you not to worry and enjoy the day? Probably, because problems are just always going to be a part of your life but the quality of your life will depend on how you perceive them and how you deal with them.
One way to deal with your life challenges is to create strong habits that will make you feel strong and secure in who you are. Creating unbreakable habits around your fitness and health is especially powerful way to stay grounded and stable. It’s hard to deal with stress if you’re out of shape and dealing with health issues on top of that. You have to create something that will always be there for you, and that will help you to deal with your problems in a positive way. Any sport or fitness activity can be an awesome out for you in good or bad times. It will help you to keep sane and also create healthy relationships with other people. Others will always see you as a strong and confident person if they notice that your habits can not be broken by any issues, obstacles, or dilemma. We all need and want to be around strong people to feel inspired and motivated by. Whatever you are going through, your healthy habits will keep you strong so that you can hang on until you get the strength to pull yourself up again.

Thank you for making the world more beautiful with your inner and outer beauty! Right know I am having a challenging situation. My hubby lost his job and I stop studying my master cause we cannot continue paying and sometimes I find myself worrying about my 1 year old baby and thinking what we are gonna do if we don’t find a job?. That doesn’t help anything, but then I read your post and see your beautiful image and smile again and focus on solving the problem not on the problem itself. Thank you for being on my life! I know you, you don’t know me but I feel that I love you. liZ
