Beginners and Exercise

I have an important message for all beginners that have been thinking about starting a new exercise program! Don’t ever be afraid to start working out, and remember that all winners were once beginners. Do not ever think less of yourself just because you are just starting. THIS applies to anything in life. Every beginning is always the most important part of the work, because that’s when you build your foundation. If you can take that part seriously and be really focused, the more solid your skills will be in the future. It’s just like building a house. You can’t build anything solid, that will last, on a weak foundation.
I want you to start with an exercise program that will prepare you and makes you gradually stronger and fitter, so that you can eventually start busting out my more intense workouts like the Body Crush™ and Cardio Shred™
I know how many of you have been writing me for a long time that you really want to start exercising, but you just didn’t know how. It’s logical. It’s the same as if someone asked me to make Eggs Benedict when I don’t even know how to poach an egg. This 6 week Beginner Series exercise program that I will have for you in my ZGYM, will teach you how to poach an egg! That being said, you will know how to do each exercise with proper form, and all you have to do is to follow me rep by rep and pay attention to what I’m telling you and then, do it! The workouts that we are going to be doing together will include all of the basic exercises that I do, however you will be doing easier variations and at a slower pace, because I do not want anyone to get discouraged. I want you to feel amazing after your workout and I want you to look forward to our next session. I can tell you that once you master the few exercises that right now are impossible for you, like a regular push up or one leg squat, working out will become something that makes you feel empowered. I have everything to get you started and what I need from you is the courage to begin and the will to stick with it.

Hello,
Can someone please list the basic equipment used in these workouts. I’d like to sign up for ZGYM to start with these workouts but I live in a remote location and it would take me weeks to get the equipment.

Hello Rozi! Some of my workouts use no equipment, and you’re correct, some other workouts use equipment! 🙂 For basic equipment, I would grab a workout mat, a pair of dumbbells [maybe 5lbs], and a Jump Rope [you can purchase many styles from my store :)]! Some of my newest workouts use a Kettlebell, if you can find one I’d try to purchase one too!
