I have an important message for all beginners that have been thinking about starting a new exercise program! Don’t ever be afraid to start working out, and remember that all winners were once beginners. Do not ever think less of yourself just because you are just starting. THIS applies to anything in life. Every beginning is always the most important part of the work, because that’s when you build your foundation. If you can take that part seriously and be really focused, the more solid your skills will be in the future. It’s just like building a house. You can’t build anything solid, that will last, on a weak foundation.

 

I want you to start with an exercise program that will prepare you and makes you gradually stronger and fitter, so that you can eventually start busting out my more intense workouts like the Body Crush™ and Cardio Shred™

I know how many of you have been writing me for a long time that you really want to start exercising, but you just didn’t know how. It’s logical. It’s the same as if someone asked me to make Eggs Benedict when I don’t even know how to poach an egg. This 6 week Beginner Series exercise program that I will have for you in my ZGYM, will teach you how to poach an egg! That being said, you will know how to do each exercise with proper form, and all you have to do is to follow me rep by rep and pay attention to what I’m telling you and then, do it! The workouts that we are going to be doing together will include all of the basic exercises that I do, however you will be doing easier variations and at a slower pace, because I do not want anyone to get discouraged. I want you to feel amazing after your workout and I want you to look forward to our next session. I can tell you that once you master the few exercises that right now are impossible for you, like a regular push up or one leg squat, working out will become something that makes you feel empowered. I have everything to get you started and what I need from you is the courage to begin and the will to stick with it.

    I used to do your old workouts before you started on your own. I have since not exercised in over a year; gained 40 lbs and feel miserable. I wanted to start some of your routines again but found them intimidating. Some of the exercises you do are pretty scary for a beginner who does not know the proper techniques nor have the strength/ability to perform some of the movements. Before I join your Zgym for the beginner series I am wondering if it is truly a beginner series or will it be more a slowed down version of your Zwows? The six week program is it a daily routine or a weekly?

      I just saw the beginner workout it is definately more for beginners than the ZWOW’s. Great job Z!

      The beginners workout has four basic moves and you go at your own pace. Zuzka even slows herself down so it’s not super intimidating.

      From what I can tell so far, it’s one workout every day for a week until the next week’s new workout comes out.

      She posted the first of the series yesterday and it is truly geared toward beginners. The workout is just what she said, basic exercises with a lot of form explanation and she goes at a slower pace. You can also always modify her Zwows to make them easier, just because you can’t do everything just they way she does, doesn’t mean you can’t get a good workout from modifying it.

    I am really excited to start ur begi near series workouts. I was exercising with you on previous zwow workouts and before you started zwow but, I find the new zwow’s a bit intimidating. Thanks for starting the beginner workouts.

    Hi Zuzka!

    I am on a very tight budget from just having a baby and deciding not to return to work right away. I want to get back into shape and am very familiar with your “normal” work outs. Can you provide us beginners a sneak peak at what a beginner work out might look like from you?
