Dear Zuzka,

… I was always everything or nothing, which means doing more then hour HIIT and eating too little or extremely binging and doing absolutely nothing and feeling lonely… I did this for several years, abusing my body and soul… last time, few months ago I reached bottom again, physically as well as mentally… than I tried to change the way of thinking and I promised myself I will get myself better, with proper diet and workout schedule which I can sustain forever. I love how I feel on low carb diet! I have energy, have mental clarity, my skin looks better than ever, my hormones are stable, I am stable ๐Ÿ˜‰ I achieved those results in 4 months with ZSHRED super food meal plan for 8 weeks and following beginners weekly workout schedule and 8 weeks of Keto meal plan and doing yours intermediate and advanced weekly schedules!!! Just one workout a day, not overtraining anymore! And the results blow my mind!!!! Thank you for guiding me through!!! By the way I am enjoying the way I feel and I find every meal from your meal plan so delicious that I am doing it again, so I might get abs too ;))

    Thanks so much for sharing your transformation story! I relate to mentally going overkill, and having reality bluntly let you know that that’s not the way. I too was surprised that such short workouts could deliver results that continue to put a smile on my face. Bravo Zuzana! Thanks for not giving up!

    That is so inspirational. Thank you so much for sharing. I am one month postpartum and just starting out with beginner/intermediate workouts again and I know I am in for a lot of work, but seeing your transformation in just 16 weeks has gotten me motivated. I was thinking that I would have to take 9 more months to get back to where I feel comfortable but now I am thinking that if I do what you did every day, I’ll be the fittest I’ve ever been by 9 months! I am 5’4″; 165lbs. My only question is: which meal plan should I go with for maximum weight loss? I am a vegan and I was thinking about going with the glow but I heard Zuzka mention there was a lot of sugar and I’d rather have something that’s like the hybrid…vegan keto. Zuzka, is there any way I can modify that vegan meal plan to have fewer carbs? Thanks!

      You can try lowering the amounts of grains in the meal plan and sub with veggies or you can omit the grains all together and stick with riced broccoli and cauliflower instead. The problem is then going to be the protein amounts – you will have to supplement with low carb protein shakes. I would also recommend to increase the healthy fats by adding more avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, chia and flax seeds. Nuts in moderation as they can cause weight gain. Most of all, eat mindfully, slowly, chew a manage stress as much as possible to improve digestion.

        Hey Zuzka (or anyone vegan who have done the keto diet!), I’m vegan (I do intermittent fasting 16:8 and transitioning to sugar free diet). I’d like to buy your keto diet, but I am worried it might be overwhelming to convert every meal. What’s your thought on it. I have read your article about converting ingredients, but I am still wondering about your keto meal plan : if like every meal as dairy, eggs or meat in it, which might become depressing and too hard following. Thanks!!

          I think it might be too overwhelming trying to convert my keto meal plan into vegan keto and you would have to also calculate all the macros and calories. I wouldn’t recommend that.

      Believe, you can and you will!!! I am not vegan so I really can’t tell what is the best option for you ๐Ÿ˜‰ please remember everyone is different …I love both meal plans! I don’t know if you are breastfeeding or not…. as Zuzka said I would go for lot of healthy fats…
