Dear Zuzka,

… I was always everything or nothing, which means doing more then hour HIIT and eating too little or extremely binging and doing absolutely nothing and feeling lonely… I did this for several years, abusing my body and soul… last time, few months ago I reached bottom again, physically as well as mentally… than I tried to change the way of thinking and I promised myself I will get myself better, with proper diet and workout schedule which I can sustain forever. I love how I feel on low carb diet! I have energy, have mental clarity, my skin looks better than ever, my hormones are stable, I am stable 😉 I achieved those results in 4 months with ZSHRED super food meal plan for 8 weeks and following beginners weekly workout schedule and 8 weeks of Keto meal plan and doing yours intermediate and advanced weekly schedules!!! Just one workout a day, not overtraining anymore! And the results blow my mind!!!! Thank you for guiding me through!!! By the way I am enjoying the way I feel and I find every meal from your meal plan so delicious that I am doing it again, so I might get abs too ;))

    Thanks for sharing your amazing transformation Zuzana, you should be so proud of your dedication. You look fabulous! I understand about being an all or nothing person (I was a vegetarian for 17 years) and wanting to find balance. Obviously, Keto drops the weight, but long-term, there are some high profile trainers who caution against it (Gillian Michaels, Bob Harper). Now will you stay Keto indefinitely to maintain or will you transition to clean/low carb? You said you were doing the meal plan again, both the Zshred and the Keto? Is there one plan you preferred over the other? Thanks again.

      Hi Kantikoy, thank you so much for your comment . As Zuzka said everyone is different… I don’t think I will stay on Keto all the time, but I will combine it with clean/ low carb lifestyle. Overload on carbs (bad carbs) make me tired and depressive person. Right now I am following the Keto again but I enjoy myself here and there without messing my nutritional ketosis, which I didn’t expect 😉 Personally I love both meal plans!

    Hi, I’m new and I’m finding the beginners body weight class hard for me but I’m still doing it anyway with the cardio jump rope. Is there an easier beginners class or am I on the right track.

      The workouts are suppose to be challenging to ensure that you’re making fast progress. If you’re having a hard time to keep up, don’t worry about it. It only means that you have some room for improvement and as long as you’re getting out of breath and keeping good form, you’re on the right track!
