Hi Zuzka! What is the difference between doing handstand excercises facing the wall or with the back facing it?? I feel it easier facing the wall but don´t know if there is another motive to do it in that way. I recently managed to put my pants on(as you did, and after maniging my t-shirt) and going for the pants and t-shirt alltogether. Loving this challenges. Allways going further with you!! 🙂

I like facing the wall for certain exercises and for others I have to face the other way. For example when you’re doing the straddle to handstand you can’t do it facing the wall. And you need the wall for the sliding straddle or the wall clock.

hi zuzka , but this are challenges . not a whole 30 or 40 min workout, i am looking to do a 3 month program, or at least a month and follow up . but i dont see it here, i see many mamy awesome videos , but i thought i could find monthly plans depending ( basic – intermediate or advance) let me know!.

Are you looking for a Handstand program? Or are you looking for a daily workout program for the whole body?
The absolute best program in the ZGYM is the weekly workout schedule which is an ongoing program. You can find it on the ZGYM homepage. Keeping the core & butt tight doing handstands is a real challenge all by itself.
Thank you Z for motivating on and on and on and on.
Can´t wait for new Summer Shreds. They are my absolute favorites.
