Looks good, did you have to order online? I looked for stores in Southern Cal but didn’t see any that carry it. I have order minimum of 4 boxes online, which is fine, but they charge $10 for shipping.

They are based in Canada I believe. I met them at an event and got some products from them to try and really liked it.

The website says “Skinny pasta” has arrived in LA. 🙂 The only stores that carry it is Gelsons and Bristol Farms in Orange County. I’ll check it out.

And by the way, I personnally buy shirataki noodles, made of konjac. Also very poor in carbs, high in prot and fiber

Hi Zuzka,
I am not sure whether I chose the right topic for my question but anyway hope to get an answer 🙂
I’ve been following your workouts for four years now with shorter breaks due to busy summer seasons and I am always happy with the results but this time I really started paying attention to my diet and started losing fat while achieving that lean muscle definition. The thing is I am not sure whether I am overdoing it with protein intake, I have 110 lbs, consuming 1620 calories per day with macro nutritional ratio of 25%(carbs), 35%(fat) and 40%(protein) which translates into 101g of carbs, 63g of fat and 162g of protein which is as I can see not recommended daily value of protein intake. I also noticed that with these ratios i manage to maintain but fail to build more muscle. What is your recommendation? And opinion about hight protein intake.
Thank u. 🙂

I’m not sure what your body type is but you’re diet is currently one I would recommend to endomorphs – people that are less active and tent to have a heavy bone structure and large amount of body and fat mass. Endomorphs are usually carb intolerant and do best on low carb diets. There’s more about diet for body types in my article here: https://zuzkalight.com/health-fitness/body-types/

Yes,I read it. I think I am somewhere in between mesomorph and ectomorph (before I started training regularly). I really never had weight problem but my body does store excess fat on thighs and butt if I go crazy on carbs for a longer period of time. Maybe I should try reducing protein intake and raising carb intake slightly?
Thank you.
