Workout Schedule for the Week of December 8th

Dear ZGYM members,

I’d like to introduce you to our workout schedule for our following week and give you the heads up of what’s coming and why. We’re starting the week of with a brand new bodyweight workout that totally deserves a huge X. I’m sure you’re already excited ๐Ÿ™‚

Tuesday is our chance to go back to one of the older routines and push ourselves harder then the last time.

Wednesday is going to be super awesome for all of us, because we’ll be doing a workout for beginners, with the most basic kettlebell ย exercises, so if you’re advanced, this can be your easy recovery workout. However if you want to push yourself and don’t feel like you need to take it easy, then all you have to do is to pick up a heavier weight. I did this workout with my 26lb KB and it felt quite challenging.

Thursday is devoted to a new and improved ZWOW #3, which is going to pick up on intensity again and on Friday we’re going to work on our Pistols and Arm strength.

Saturday is another day when we’ll get the chance to test our strength and fitness in on of the older Body Crush workouts. Your goal is to complete that workout in less then 11 minutes and 50 seconds!

Sunday is not going to be too relaxing. Even tho we’re going to do another Power Yoga workout, this going to focus on our glutes because it’s the Part 2 of our Lifted Butt Series!! I can only say that it was a lot of fun to combine these two, and I’m sure you’re going to love it.

    ZWOW #3 was one of my favorites. I’m looking forward to the improved version. Zuzka, bring more ladder/pyramid workouts, please!

    Zwow #3 was the night time workout on the roof, correct? I loved this one as these workouts were my beginning with Zuzka and it was fun watching her come back.

    Hi warriors;

    So excited for this week. I am trying to post more and be more apart of the community and hold myself more accountable. Working out is not easy but easier then trying to keep my eating under control. I always mess up on the weekends but maybe if I keep posting and keeping track, I can find the motivation to stick with it and give myself just one cheat meal. Anyone have any suggestions on how to stick with clean eating on the weekends? Good luck this week warriors and will be looking forward to seeing your times and posts.

      You can decide that you will write down everything you eat. Once you see it on a paper, you realize it’s time to make better decisions ๐Ÿ™‚

    zuzka… Is there anyway you can post the ZWOW 3 on WED? I have office party thursday….. I would like to do ZWOW (but will do beginners kettlebell instead ) ๐Ÿ™‚

      The KB beginner is actually quite challenging if you pick up a 26lb ๐Ÿ™‚

    Zuzka,
    Is it necessary to do other workouts on your site or other forms of workouts if your workouts are 15min or less? I notice others do that and am wondering if you see “better” results that way.

    I am a new member. Can u pls also advice for meal plan for losing weight?…I need to lose 5 kilos :/
