Workout Schedule for the Week of December 8th

Dear ZGYM members,

I’d like to introduce you to our workout schedule for our following week and give you the heads up of what’s coming and why. We’re starting the week of with a brand new bodyweight workout that totally deserves a huge X. I’m sure you’re already excited 🙂

Tuesday is our chance to go back to one of the older routines and push ourselves harder then the last time.

Wednesday is going to be super awesome for all of us, because we’ll be doing a workout for beginners, with the most basic kettlebell  exercises, so if you’re advanced, this can be your easy recovery workout. However if you want to push yourself and don’t feel like you need to take it easy, then all you have to do is to pick up a heavier weight. I did this workout with my 26lb KB and it felt quite challenging.

Thursday is devoted to a new and improved ZWOW #3, which is going to pick up on intensity again and on Friday we’re going to work on our Pistols and Arm strength.

Saturday is another day when we’ll get the chance to test our strength and fitness in on of the older Body Crush workouts. Your goal is to complete that workout in less then 11 minutes and 50 seconds!

Sunday is not going to be too relaxing. Even tho we’re going to do another Power Yoga workout, this going to focus on our glutes because it’s the Part 2 of our Lifted Butt Series!! I can only say that it was a lot of fun to combine these two, and I’m sure you’re going to love it.

    Hi Zuzka,
    I am a new member. You are so inspiring and I need a big motivation to move my butt. I am still preparing for yours workouts. I am not overweith only would like some muscle. Thank you for doing this.❤
