Workout Schedule for the Week of February 16th

Hi guys,

This week we’re going to test our progress with the Benchmark Workout. I hope you’ll share your new personal bests so that we all can compare our times and motivate each other to try harder. I have 4 new awesome Zgym workouts for you this week and another Six:02 with fashionhaul.

Monday – Kettlebell Workout #4 X (New in ZGYM) _________________________________________________________

Tuesday –  Body Crush #8 (beat your personal best)

Wednesday – Kettlebell Workout – All Levels #10 (new in ZGYM)

Your second workout can be Six:02 #1

Thursday –  6:02 workout #3 + Fashionhaul (new in workouts)

_________________________________________________________

Friday –   Benchmark Workout (beat your personal best)

_________________________________________________________

Saturday – JRC #6 X – Tabata (New in ZGYM)

Your second workout can be one of the Power Yoga workouts

Sunday – Power Yoga #15 (new in ZGYM)

I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

    Hi Zuzka,
    I was wondering how often you work out 2x a day? I had finally gotten used to the twice daily workouts with the diet bet, and was thinking it might be good to do more than what’s listed sometimes.
    Thanks so much for creating all these great workouts and putting together schedules and blog posts for us. I really appreciate all the time and energy you put into what you do!

      I too am still doing two workouts a day. What I do, is follow the new ones Zuzka posts and then I rotate through the categories. I might do a cardio shred and a KB one day and a body crush and JR the next. Sometimes I’ll throw in a zspecial. If I’m particularly sore or need a break then I’ll pick a power yoga but I usually save them for Sunday as she usually posts a new one then. I started at cardio shred #1 and each day worked my way up as I continued to rotate through the categories. Hope this helps.

      I do 2 workouts in a row. For me it’s more challenging and I like training like that. Usually I do new WO and one of the old ones.)

    Oh I love that you posted before my morning coffee! I am dreading the benchmark Wo…althoug when I do it,all other exercises after seem piece of cake…

    Looks like we’re all dreading the dreaded benchmark test me includdd ha ha…..what a killer workout! I’m looking forward to today’s kettlebell workout!

    5 new workouts in a week *oooh* that makes the week hard to plan for me…
    Sometimes I have to shift the workouts and that’s nearly impossible with so many new ones.
