Workout Schedule for the Week of January 26th

Hi guys,

This is the second week of diet bet, so I have extra workouts scheduled for all of you who have signed up for the challenge. Some of you might follow the schedule even if you haven’t bet on yourself which is fine too and at least you’ll get to try what it’s like to do 2 workouts a day. As always I suggest you take at least a few hours of break in between each workout to maximize the results. Have fun and don’t miss a workout!
