10 Best Bodyweight Exercises You Can Do In The Pool

I hope you guys have been enjoying the summer to the fullest and had an opportunity to spend some time swimming. It doesn’t matter if you’re by the ocean, lake, river, or just a pool. Summer is all about being outside, and having a lot of fun. Swimming has always been my favorite part of the summer months and it still is. I’m not a great swimmer, but I do have just as much fun playing in the water, and being silly as I had when I was a kid. I’ve been spending more time in our pool lately so I had some time to try different exercises and share them with you in this week’s 5 Minute Fit Friday. I hope it will motivate you to try them out yourself!

    Leg extensions! Staying in one place! I swallowed some water, I confess. But you are so right, the water adds quite the difference.

    1st and foremost…that swimsuit is adorable! A couple weekends ago I had company so I did an in the pool workout! Yesterday, i just put nose plugs and goggles on my list to buy, so I can add swimming to my workout routine! This video is perfect timing! Thanks again for always giving us ways to add exercise into our everyday life!!

And it was always an inspiration to see that as the years pass you look more beautiful and with great personal achievements is was always my belief beyond personal genetics and today after having passed a moment of darknesse It’s good to go back to the beginning and restart with more trust love and forgiveness … and you’re still my inspiration thanks

    Can’t wait to try in our RV park pool. I’ve been wanting to get a pull kickboard. These water exercises would be great to do before or after a swim workout. πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ

    I did this exercises on the mat, 20 reps of each (200 total), it took me 12:15.
