Hi, I am so glad that you are back to continue this challenge with me! I had to take a break for a week, because I had just absolutely no time for practicing, let alone shooting another video. Sometimes I really wish days were 48 hours long so that I could finish all of my work, but I’m afraid that it would not help me. I would just find more things to do and filled the extra time with more work. It’s about being well organized. There, I said it. I need to organize my time more efficiently. Oh well, that has nothing to do with our challenge. I hope you that extra week to practice all of the previous arm balances, because this week we’re starting to work on our handstand which is the ultimate goal! Now watch the video below so that you know what exactly we’re going to be practicing this week.
