10 Week Arm Balance Challenge Week #9

Handstand is the most challenging arm balance pose of all, so it’s no surprise that it takes a long time to practice. This week we’re going to focus on trying to hold the handstand for at least 60 seconds. Try to place your hands little further from the wall this time so that you can start practicing the pose without supporting yourself at all times. The wall is going to be there only to catch you if you start falling over. I explain it in the video below so make sure to watch, and next week I’ll show you how to bail safely from the handstand so that you can start practicing anywhere without any support what so ever!
I really suggest that you practice every single day if you want to make any progress. All you have to do is to kick your feet up against a wall for a minute at a time few times throughout the day. It’s going to boost your mood and give you more energy for the day on top of other great benefits so why not give it a try?
