10 Week Arm Balance Challenge Week #10
Fitness | July 09, 2014
This is the last week and the last practice of our 10 week arm balance challenge. If you’ve been following along, you know already that consistency is the key to progress. If you’re not keeping consistent, then you are working against yourself and regressing instead of going forward. That rule doesn’t apply just for learning a handstand and arm balances, but to everything in life. If you want to have a great relationship you have to be consistent in taking care of it. If you want to be successful at your business, you have to be consistent with your effort to make it better. If you want a strong, and healthy body, you have to be consistent with your training and healthy eating habits. It’s life, you won’t get anything without an effort, and every once in a while effort is just not going to cut it.
This week we’re learning how to safely bail out of a handstand so that you can start practicing the handstand anywhere without any support. What we’re trying to eliminate here is your fear of falling over, because that’s a major factor that’s holding you back. Watch the video above and start practicing the cartwheel. Your arms and legs have to be completely straight. Once you get that form down, you can start applying it into the handstand and bailing out of the pose in a similar way.
I wish you good luck and a lot of fun with your practice!
Best,
Zuzka

Not sure a relationship needs work. It should just flow like breathing. But running a business needs a lot of work.

A relationship needs work in that each person needs to work at being their best self around their SO, even when they’re in a foul mood. But maybe you’re the exception to everyone else.

I love your workouts. So intense!! The thing is, it’s too intense for my strength right now LOL I’d give myself a few months before trying that. You’ve got a really nice blog combining workouts with the right foods to eat. Keep on posting, thanks!

Could you do the same week challenges to learn how to do splits…both lateral and front? I know you are going to do an awesome job with it and it’s going to be incredibly fun! =)
