3 Minute Workout For Butt And Abs
Fitness | August 19, 2013
Here is a 3 minute workout for butt and abs that you can do on those days, when you are absolutely short of time or you just don’t feel like doing the full workout from our weekly ZGYM schedule.
I do this exact short workout in my bathroom, usually just before I take a shower and it’s increadibly time saving and simple routine that will raise your heart rate and really work your butt and abs. I have promised myself long time ago that I will do at least a little bit of exercise every day just to make sure that I keep myself on track. Exercise makes me feel so much better on every level, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Getting out of the comfort zone is one of the hardest things for most of us, so developing a strong habit is something that will always help you to overcome the challenge of your own laziness. Do you really want to take a few steps back by skipping your workouts or would you rather spend 3 minutes doing a short effective routine that will help you to maintain what you’ve been working for?
What you’ll need for this mini workout is a kettle bell (I’m using 26lbs) or a dumbbell (I suggest at least 10lbs). I can really recommend for you to get a kettle bell because it’s an awesome piece of exercise equipment that will last you forever and you can keep your butt forever awesome by doing the kettle bell swing. It’s an investment that you’ll never regret. Besides I am about to start including kettle bells more into my workouts so we can have a blast together 😉
Have a great day and leave me some comments for me to read 🙂
Best,
Zuzka.

Thank you Zuzka!!!
If you have the possibility, could you please write a post about how to do a head stand? I am pretty advanced and I do yoga too, and that would be great!

Cool! I have a routine I do about twice a week where I do three rounds of 50 sit ups, bicycle twists, and arabesque bicycle drops (I got the moves from SHAPE magazine), along with three rounds of 20 push ups. Like you said, it’s better to do at least a little bit of something than nothing at all!

And it’s great that you’re starting to feel better! Being sick is no fun!

How many rounds of this in 3 minutes? Are your workouts daily or weekly? Do you ever do running for your personal workouts? thanks
