30 Bodyweight Exercises That Will Make You Look Good in a Bikini

Favoritable | July 27, 2017

Here are 30 bodyweight exercises I’ve been including into my training for the past 2 years. If you’re a ZGYM member, then you’re familiar with most of them already. It’s a mixture of exercise from beginners to advanced. Exercises that focus on core strength, power, mobility and flexibility. As a matter of fact, if you know how to put together an effective workout, you could keep yourself in a great shape doing combinations of  just these exercises. It would get repetitive over time, but you would still get results. Luckily you don’t have to rely on this list alone, if you’re a ZGYM member but you can always pick a few exercises from this video as an extra bonus and extra burn.

300 Rep Bodyweight Workout

If you feel up to the challenge, try 10 reps for each exercise in this video. Here’s how to do it. Play the video, watch the first exercise, then pause and do 10 reps. Play the video again watch the second exercise and do 10 reps. It’s perfectly fine if you’re doing this workout for the very first time. Take time to get familiar with each exercise. Next time, you’ll just have to watch the video one time through and then do all the exercises back to back with a very little or no break in between. Your goal is to complete this workout in the least amount of time. If you do it, let me know in the comments below how long did it take you. Let others try to beat your time!

Oops, I went through and did it, but forgot to note the time. It was pleasant doing these exercises outside under my walnut tree, but a few things were tough on the slippery wet grass.

Great sequence. I like how you mingled in the strength cardio and toning. I admit, it was hard with the push-ups. Very many push ups 😀 ….i gotta train my divebomber and the scorpio push-up WOW ! How can you stay so stable with extended spine ??? That is a mystery to me… your push ups just beat it all. i break down the moment i twist my torso like you do in the video. Inspiration as usual. Thanks ZUZI 🙂

This was such a gift. I have been dealing with a broken bone in my foot. Although, I have been “creative” in my workouts, I was getting exhausted with my options. This workout provided a bit of hope for me with the so many creative, non-impact ideas. 🙂 thanks!

This took me much longer than I expected, but I decided to make it a slower, controlled workout for strengthening and toning rather than a high intensity workout to be completed in a certain period of time. For several bilateral exercises I completed 10 reps on each side, and/or added an extra 10 doing a variation. It took me about 40 min! But it was SO EFFECTIVE! I often forget how important it is to include a workout like this. Simple bodyweight! And there is a lot of benefit in slowing down and controlling the movement, and holding the position for a bit longer. I will definitely be doing this more often. It’s perfect for a day I don’t feel like jumping around. Thank you, Zuzka!
