4 Exercises to Shape Up Your Butt The Lazy Way

Here is a short workout of 4 exercises that you can do at home without even standing up and leaving your mat.

    Dear Zuzka, what type of shoes do you prefer for your workouts? I’m looking for new shoes, your advice would be great. Could you do a post on workout shoes?:)

    Hi Zuzka,

    THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! For this butt series. I have been splitting these with your Kettlebell workout videos and I feel awesome. I wanted to inquire if along with the butt series is there a specific exercise that will target the portion of the glute where it meets the upper thigh. I have a hell of a time firming up that area. The top (shelf) is great but the bottom is a struggle. Please incorporate something in your next workout that will target that area. And maybe down the road you can do a shoulder series. I aspire to have shoulders like yours. Keep up you excellent workouts and commitment to inspiring us.

    Hi zuzana, I’m an Italian girl. I follow you and I love you so much, the only problem is that with your work out my legs become heavy, is there anything I can do to prevent this?

    do more of those outdoors videos…especially yoga flow…it is just more motivating;)

    I did 2 circuits of this one in 10 min as a bonus after 39 min but workout. Thank you! Nice new moves!
