4 Minute Fit Body Workout

This 4 minute fit body workout is exactly what you need to do if you don’t have time or energy for a longer workout. Choose to do at least a few minutes of exercise instead of avoiding your workouts completely and you will never have a problem staying consistent with your training. Once you get used to moving on a regular basis, you won’t have to worry about getting out of shape. Here is the short workout video where I show you which exercises are effective and how many reps you should do:

Hi, Zuzka! I have few questions for you. I hope you don’t mind answering them. It’s only 2 anyway 🙂 (i’m sorry if my english is not good)
1. Who/what was your inspiration to start working out?
2. I’m overweight with poor lifestyle and I want to start losing some weights because my health is getting worse and worse. And maybe getting my body into better shape later. My question is, which changing should I focus on first, eating habit or exercising/physical activity? I know both are important but I always have hard time mantaining them if I do them at the same time. *please give me your clear advice on this*

I love these types of workouts! I’m a full time dad and artist so making time to go to the gym isn’t always the first thing in the mind. So I started doing 4 minute workouts throughout out the day so I know I’m at least getting my workouts in.
