4 Minute Fit Body Workout

This 4 minute fit body workout is exactly what you need to do if you don’t have time or energy for a longer workout. Choose to do at least a few minutes of exercise instead of avoiding your workouts completely and you will never have a problem staying consistent with your training. Once you get used to moving on a regular basis, you won’t have to worry about getting out of shape. Here is the short workout video where I show you which exercises are effective and how many reps you should do:

    Thanks, Zuzka! Love all the advice you give us. I’m trying hard to get better abs and I’ve started your abs workout DVD this week. I still think my diet is working against me but I’m trying! And like you say, don’t give up, right?

    Great fresh workout, once again, for any time of the day and it can end with like 25-50 knee hugs or sit-ups or bicycles, etc. any kind of ab exercise for the last minute. I have been doing 50 knee hugs every morning before getting out of bed to defeat the “laziness”. 🙂

    This is exactly what I was looking for!! I am always on the run and sometimes can’t workout till close to bed. I hate to miss a workout. I feel so guilty in the morning if I do. I always try to mix up some of your exercises to create my own quickie but I don’t think I have been successful. I think this one is perfect! Still working on my diet though. Thanks Zuzka so much for all you do (including your crew)!! 🙂

    It’s so so so true! I have missed working out 4+ times a week for nearly the past month. I’ve lost enthusiasm, courage, desire, appreciation, focus, perspective, growth-potential … I’ve lost a lot of ground because I’ve had to work about 12-hour days right now. I am really appreciative of your taking the time to share quicky videos like these, Z.

    A quicky routine I’d love to see would be one that focuses on low back and arm strength. I am a full time bookkeeper and HATE sitting all day! I need a rev-up for when I can get a break for less than 15 minutes that will allow me to walk out of the office dressed up, and come back not a sweaty mess, but refreshed and stronger. Can you do something for us with those needs in mind, please?

    Hi Zuzka I love ALL what you do, your recipes, workouts and healthy advices. I will try this when I have no time to complete your workouts. I’d like to see a workout that focus on my saddle bags, is so hard for me to get rid of them. 😀 Have a great day.
