Zuzka Stretching

Workout Breakdown

  1. Burpees - 30 sec
  2. Crab Kicks - 30 sec
  3. Donkey Kick Jump Tuck - 30 sec
  4. Low Jacks - 30 sec
  5. Side Jump Lunge - 30 sec

Each exercise is 30 seconds long so you'll have to go through this circuit twice in order to complete 5 minutes. Good luck and have fun!

Zuzka Stretching

This workout may be short but do not get fooled by the length. It’s a very effective routine that will boost your metabolism and kick your body into gear for the rest of the day. If you are short on time, then this 5-minute workout is going to help you to keep up with your fitness without sacrificing too much time. You can do the Ab Shredder workout anywhere, even in a hotel room if you’re traveling, because it doesn’t require any equipment. It’s just you, and the 5 minutes that you have to give your body some exercise.

You can do the workout with me rep by rep if you play the video, or you can just take the workout breakdown and try it on your own.

    Hi Zuzka, thanks for this workout 🙂 I was wondering if you’ll be releasing any more DVD series? I think a Power Cardio/Strength Vol. 2 would be a great idea. Both those DVD series were amazing.
