Zuzka Stretching

Workout Breakdown

  1. Burpees - 30 sec
  2. Crab Kicks - 30 sec
  3. Donkey Kick Jump Tuck - 30 sec
  4. Low Jacks - 30 sec
  5. Side Jump Lunge - 30 sec

Each exercise is 30 seconds long so you'll have to go through this circuit twice in order to complete 5 minutes. Good luck and have fun!

Zuzka Stretching

This workout may be short but do not get fooled by the length. It’s a very effective routine that will boost your metabolism and kick your body into gear for the rest of the day. If you are short on time, then this 5-minute workout is going to help you to keep up with your fitness without sacrificing too much time. You can do the Ab Shredder workout anywhere, even in a hotel room if you’re traveling, because it doesn’t require any equipment. It’s just you, and the 5 minutes that you have to give your body some exercise.

You can do the workout with me rep by rep if you play the video, or you can just take the workout breakdown and try it on your own.

    Thanks, Zuzko!!! I posted this workout to my Twitter account yesterday, and found it necessary to do today because I barely had any time and no access to equipment. My boyfriend flew in from Calgary last night – we haven’t seen each other in 7 months (!), and are splitting time between the apartment I share with my mother, and his folk’s house nearby. It was gorgeous out – I placed my Matt on the back deck, which looks much like yours, and put “you”, my phone, on a tree branch, lol – perfect eye level height. AWESOME. I made the workout, and then made it to work ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Zuzka, I really love your workouts but I dont know how to warm up and for how long. I have a tendency to pull a muscle when not warmed up properly so I would be grateful if you could do an exercises video with a warm up routine before the exercise and a cool down one afterwards.     wow…this workout really a good workout..i’ve stop workout for 2 months. it was so hard to start back. Zuzka’s workout always the best!! 5 minute workout..no joke!
