Zuzka Stretching

Workout Breakdown

  1. Burpees - 30 sec
  2. Crab Kicks - 30 sec
  3. Donkey Kick Jump Tuck - 30 sec
  4. Low Jacks - 30 sec
  5. Side Jump Lunge - 30 sec

Each exercise is 30 seconds long so you'll have to go through this circuit twice in order to complete 5 minutes. Good luck and have fun!

Zuzka Stretching

This workout may be short but do not get fooled by the length. It’s a very effective routine that will boost your metabolism and kick your body into gear for the rest of the day. If you are short on time, then this 5-minute workout is going to help you to keep up with your fitness without sacrificing too much time. You can do the Ab Shredder workout anywhere, even in a hotel room if you’re traveling, because it doesn’t require any equipment. It’s just you, and the 5 minutes that you have to give your body some exercise.

    I did 10 min in the begining of my workout + 5 min of 5 Minute KettleBell Swing Workout(2.08.14) + 20 rounds in 50/10 of 4 Kettlebell Exercises for butt(6.05.14). This was amazing!

    Trying to get motivated to workout. Work has been stressful and I have had issues dealing with people. I signed up for a 10k run and it is 2 weeks away but I haven’t trained or had motivation to train. It’s been about 3 weeks since my last workout. I figured I would start with a few 5 minute workouts in the morning to get myself wanting to workout. I am so glad I picked this one to start with, I will be doing it tomorrow morning. I started watching it and when the dog photobombed the shoot I laughed. This is why I love ZGym. You have a realism that is relatable and makes me realize that being fit is within reach. I just have to reach for it.

    HATE U AGAIN Z! EVEN AFTER 5 MINUTES… LOL So I decided to add a five minute workout in the evening and not sure I made the correct decision, but damn that was difficult!! Started with #1 and hope to work my way up everyday through all of them. In theory it sounds doable, but in practice not so sure… Love you Zuzka!
