Get ready for a serious 5 minute of hell. This workout is short, but you are going to be glad that the 5 minutes are over, after what I’m going to put you through. That said, you should be excited to try it out! 🙂 

 

 

Workout Breakdown:

5 minutes = (40 sec maximum reps / 10 sec rest) x 6

1. Jump lunge

2. KB snatch alt.

3. Surfer

4. Czech swing to side step swing alt.

5. Commando push ups x 6 to jump up

6. One arm swing alt.

If you didn’t have enough you can always repeat this workout 2 more times 😉

    Hi Zuzka and friends…nice workout…I was missing my KB a lot…today I used the 8kg to get used again to the KB but soon I will be back to my 12kg. I did two rounds…last workout of the day! 🙂 Thanks Zu, see you, take care.

    Nice wo. I don’t remember if I did it when it was first posted, so I’ll take this one as the first. Did 40 jump lunges, 6 snatches (I’m finally usisng a KB and I’m struggling with this one) 12 surfers, 22 (czechs), 2 + 2 commandos, 24 one arm swing.

    Summer Shred # 3X in 16:49 minutes, last time was 17:06 minutes.
    5 minutes workout # 38 two times …. And
    5 minutes workout #16 also twice 😀

      104 reps (#2: 16 kg kettlebell, #4: 20 kg kettlebell, #6: 24 kg kettlebell)
      For the first time I was doing snatches with 16 kg kettlebell. I haven’t done this exercise for a long time, a few months ago 12 kg seemed heavy. Today snatches with 16 kg are easy 😎 Happy 🤟

    My kettlebell work has gotten a little rusty as these moves didn’t flow as well for me as when I was doing KB workouts everyday or every other day. Gotta start working with the kettlebell again!!
