5 Minute Competition Workout #1

Hi everyone, so Jesse and I decided that hotel room workouts are kind of boring, and that it would be a lot more fun to do 5 minute competition workouts for you guys instead. Another plus of the competition workouts is that you’re going to be pushing yourself a lot harder knowing that it’s only 5 minutes long and your pride is at stake ๐Ÿ™‚ This is a real time workout so try to either keep up with me or accept the challenge and try to complete more rounds than me ๐Ÿ˜‰

We always have to take pictures after each workout so that we can post it on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. I always try to have serious face and Jesse always does everything to make me laugh.

    this is excellent! i like this one and the other 5 minute hotel workout! so i can switch them on my rest days.

    i usually do these in the morning ๐Ÿ˜€ after coffee .

    Awesome i just did it after 8 hours of writing on my exam;) I did the ZWOW #95 this morning and felt awesome. But after so many hours in front of the computer sitting on my butt, i needed some new energy;) I followed you along with the 8-9 rounds;) Thank you, hope to see more of these cause they are awesome to do in the night before bed;) Hugs from denmark

    I completed 8 rounds plus 10 reps of the side crunches. I had to record myself and watch the video to count the rounds; I knew I could not keep track in my head on this one.

    On the first round of in & out jump squats I messed up. First what I did felt like low lacks, so then I tried jumping straight up with legs together, jumping legs out into squat and jumping straight up, but that didn;t seem right, then I finally got it. I couldn’t watch the video while doing the workout because my daughter was doing her homework & I didn’t want to distract her.

    ๐Ÿ™‚

    Just did 10 rounds and 7 reps of the abs. I recorded it also!

    9 rounds + 5 reps of 1 exercise after 31:46 min of Hotel Room Workout #2 From Idaho ( 6.11.13) + 5 Minute Hotel Room workout (12.11.13). It was very hard! Thank you! Saved this workout as cardio bonus.

    I did this 5 minute as a killler cardio bonus after 31:46 min of Hotel Room Workout #2 From Idaho ( 6.11.13) + 5 Minute Competition Workout #1 (19.11.13). It was very hard! After 2 first workouts I could barely do 1 leg dive bombers. Will have to practice more! Thank you! Saved this workout as cardio bonus.

    7 rounds + 10 side ab crunches + 3 push ups + 3 in & out jump squats

    Fun! Quick little wo, good for 2nd wo today. I lost count on rounds there really was no time to think! I believe I was on my 9th or 10 th round finishing up the side crunches. Love the archive wo’s!!!!
