Have you ever tried to do you workout in a high altitude? I can really recommend it, because it’s worth to have this experience. I’m someone who takes pride in being strong and fit, but I’ve been feeling like a beginner again for past several days doing my workouts in Tahoe. It feels like I’m constantly carrying a heavy weight right on my chest, and on my legs. Now it makes total sense why people who grow up in high altitudes are so much fitter and stronger than us flat landers. If I can give you any fitness tip, try to go for a vacation or a retreat somewhere to the mountains where you can be active and do your workouts on top of that. If I ever organize a retreat for you guys, it will be probably here in Lake Tahoe. Fingers crossed š
I did this workout on top of a look out where you can see Lake Tahoe behind me. The view is just as breathtakingĀ as the hike up there š Have fun with this bonus workout. You’ll need a sturdy chair or you can take it outside and use a bench in the park.

Sooo….I did this workout based on what I think it is, haha. I used my stool, which is rather unstable, so I wasn’t able to go as quickly with the step up jump switches as I had wanted, or #2. For #2 I basically put the stool behind me, got into plank, and jumped my feet onto it while looking at it (good handstand conditioning, since you need to look at the stool, upside down, behind you, so it trains your gaze direction properly), then jumping back forward and to the side into side plank….Did I do that right? Anyway, it took me 6 minutes.

The video started working as soon as I was finished. š I actually guessed #2 & 3 correctly though. š
Working out in high elevation is no joke. I thought I was in great shape until
I hiked Half Dome the first time. About mile 5 Mother Nature showed me who’s boss!

Hi Zu and friends…too lazy again on Friday! I started having vitamins…let us see if this will improve my stamina! I think Yoga class is draining me out…anyways I made a 15 min workout of this, I did two rounds and added 2 min more to complete 15 min. Nice one…my legs were heavy…now I will just stretch and relax. Yoga done in the morning. See you all, take care and a nice weekend to everybody. Zu the location is awesome…thanks for sharing with us and doing a workout in opened air must be wonderful! Enjoy Zu…<3 Pistols challenge day 9- 9 reps each leg (I am doing it holding the thumb with legs straight and foot completely on ground…)
1st time-30 Sept 2016-1 round-7:24, 2 rounds-13:17+2 min of exercise 2 (non-stop with arms straight up- I did step up fast instead of jumping because I was barefoot and the edge of the bench was sharp I was afraid of hurting my foot- no time to stop and wear shoes also..kkk)-total 15 min workout

Hi Ati, I practice with Zu since two years ago. I do maximum 30 minutes of exercises daily. Mostly 20, 25 min + yoga practice everyday. Exercises are different everyday. I follow Zgym schedule. See you, take care.
