I know that not everyone likes to have people stare at them when exercising, but if you do know a place outdoors where you can take your exercise mat and do your workout without being interrupted or feeling awkward, please do so. I’m very lucky to have a backyard where I can do my workouts, and I absolutely love it. I always did. Whether it’s a roof top in Malta or a gorgeous backyard with pool in L.A., outdoors is outdoors and it always feels awesome.
Just to give you a little tip for exercise #2 – If you can’t do a Pistol squat, don’t worry about it. Keep both feet on the ground and just shift your weight towards one leg when you’re getting up or going down.

I must agree with everyone else! You look gorgeous. I wish I felt comfortable to workout in a swimsuit. The closest I can get to is an exercise bra and small shorts, which I did today.

SOOOOOOOO excited…. was trying out the exercises as form prep….. Zuzka I did the one leg squats….getting stronger! Can’t wait until I can get up without momentum!!!!

First off, there is something about this video that is different, Z. You seem lighter, energetically. Like some big weight has just been lifted off your shoulders. Anyone else see that? I feel it. You look especially beautiful and genuine, true to yourself, Z. ๐
Whatever that is, I am proud of you. ๐
I enjoyed this workout greatly. It was just what I wanted–all bodyweight. I enjoy the addition of plows to exercises because it stretches my low back. I also enjoyed the pistol squat ups and downs because they required more attention to control/detail, so I felt more intimate with the involved muscles. ๐
I completed 2 rounds exactly in 5 min, and kept going until 15 minutes, finishing 5 rounds.
And the tippy toe squats with overhead clap make me feel badass.
I also showed off my pull up skills this morning to a friend, doing 6 total, 5 in a row from deadhang. Yeah buddy.

That was funny with the party horn and the #83.Haha! I had to rewind because I didn’t have the screen expanded and wasn’t sure what happened. Great workout, Zuzka. Always love the exercise combos. I did 1 round plus all 5 sets of exercise combo #1. Have a good weekend everyone.
