I know that not everyone likes to have people stare at them when exercising, but if you do know a place outdoors where you can take your exercise mat and do your workout without being interrupted or feeling awkward, please do so. I’m very lucky to have a backyard where I can do my workouts, and I absolutely love it. I always did. Whether it’s a roof top in Malta or a gorgeous backyard with pool in L.A., outdoors is outdoors and it always feels awesome.
Just to give you a little tip for exercise #2 – If you can’t do a Pistol squat, don’t worry about it. Keep both feet on the ground and just shift your weight towards one leg when you’re getting up or going down.

- Dive Bomber Push Ups to heels elevated squat overhead clap x 5
- Plow to one leg squat / jump lunge (x3) / one leg squat x 6 alt. legs

Hi Zu and friends…this one is done after I almost watched the entire video just looking at Zu! Come on! Is it required to be so perfect and good looking? Hahaha….awesome body! Like Magda I also hope to have a wonderful shape like this one day! Really wonderful Zu! Keep it up. Nice light workout…I finished it with 5 pull-ups of each grip using band, total 20 + 10 push-ups. This was a fun workout. I completed 6 full rounds in 17 mins and 27 seconds. This is my workout for the day and I truly enjoyed it! Getting back into the swing of things, mentally I have not been up for keeping up with my fitness goals but I still managed to workout daily but I did not workout to the intensity in which I knew I normally do…Well, Im back in the game and Iam ready to kick ass and crush it! lol BTW you look killer in that swimsuit! body goals!! hey to all the z warriors. anyone from Jax FL?

I have noticed that you sit down on left leg and stand up on right leg in #2 exercise. I think we have to stand up with left leg, than change after jump lunges to right leg, down with right leg and then stand up with right leg and change to left leg. Because legs don’t work in the similar way here, stand up is harder than sitting down on one leg. I don’t know. Maybe I haven’t been enough attentive. 🙂

I never will do this one probably as toooo intense for me, at least now. But I have noticed the same about the legs in the pistol squats. Would be better to stand up from the plow with alternating legs, this would make you go down with alt legs as well.

She starts #2 exercise with plow and standing up, so she alternates the legs at the bottom. But I haven’t noticed it till I read your comment. 🙂 I had to watch again to figure it out. 🙂

What an awesome quick burn! Great combo of movements! Loved working on the pistols this way. I’m still working at getting back up so mixing them amongst other exercises gave my muscles a little rest rather than tire them out trying to do multiple pistols in a row!
