I’ve been posting these type of exercises a lot lately on my Instagram and it’s been very popular so I decided to put them together into a 5 minute easy pace workout that you can do outside, in your bikini and tone up your muscles without getting too much out of breath. - Plie squat leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
- Ballet hip raise/abduction x 20 (power band)
- Hip abduction / one leg push up x 5/5 (power band)

Me too, I agree! I’d much rather hear Zuzka’s encouraging voice and proper form directions rather than music! it’s hard to follow this way.

I feel the same as well. I needed some cues to move on. I was staring at the screen as to not miss a chance to a new exercise. Still nice, but my form might not be as good if it was more intense

Hi Zuzka, I think you’re amazing!
Please don’t take this wrong but I thought I should correct your posture so you don’t hurt your back. While performing a plie’ make sure to tuck your pelvis to neutral position and keep your chest directly above your pelvis. Imagine a straight line from the top of your head to the floor as you go into plie’. Refrain from breaking at the waist and sticking your seat back or arching. I hope this helps

I agree. I like Zuzka to count and stuff with us. Then I don’t have to be watching the while time while trying to do moves and make sure I have proper form. Music in background with her talking possibly.

Finished 3 full rounds in 18min. Very nice and gentle workout for Friday morning. My wrists hurt little from yesterday, but I’ll be ok. Happy weekend everyone.

I would prefer no music if possible. With the music on I felt a bit disconnected to the workout. Also without Zuzka’s voice over I had to keep my eyes on the video all the time to see what’s going on. I loved the workout though.

5 minute Fridays are fabulous, but the “no commentary” style format made it difficult to follow. Thanks for always shaking up the workouts. It is fun to use the chair.

Loved this easy pace workout, but I must confess I found it hard without your voice guiding us through the routine, I kept having to look at the screen or press pause to make sure that I was not missing anything in the movement. Have a wonderful Friday βΊοΈ

I, too, prefer hearing you talk…I’m not always looking at the screen, so that’s helpful! For the shorter, 5-minute videos I don’t mind the music added in (but I’d still love to hear you talk over the music! π ) but for the longer ones, I like to put on my own music.
OH OH OH!!! My husband is a musician/music-writer on the side/for fun and would LOVE this!!! I’ll definitely pass the word along!! π
