I’ve been posting these type of exercises a lot lately on my Instagram and it’s been very popular so I decided to put them together into a 5 minute easy pace workout that you can do outside, in your bikini and tone up your muscles without getting too much out of breath. Workout Breakdown

Time Challenge

  1. Knee up leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
  2. Plie squat leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
  3. Ballet hip raise/abduction x 20 (power band)
  4. Hip abduction / one leg push up x 5/5 (power band)
  5. Side plank leg lifts / Jump jack push ups x 6 alt. (power band)

    That was a great workout, and I love that I can do it in five, ten, or fifteen minutes! That said, I’m going to jump on the bandwagon here and say I didn’t much like it with the music either. I had to watch part of it to see what you were doing and then rewind so I could do it with you, and if I was in the middle of an exercise, I didn’t often notice when you had switched to a new one.

    *looks at the screen* Oh, shit. How long has she been doing that?! *rewinds* 😛

    I’m fine with having music play in the background, but I would still like to hear Zs voice as well. I need guidance! Fun 5 minute workout.

    best of both worlds would be some light music in the background with your voice over giving us encouragement Zuzk!! It’s crazy, but sometimes you just saying ‘dont give up’, ‘keep going’ is literally what gets me through the workout! It is very different with your voice gone!
    This workout was fantastic though <3 xoxo

    The music is good. I do agree that there needed to be some clue to moving on to the next exercise as well as a bit more time for setting up for the next move. The workout itself is good.

    I like the idea of adding music to your workouts but maybe it would be best for workouts like cardio shred #23 where there are only three types of simple movements. I like the sound of your voice counting.

    Loved this workout… it would be doable for a mini break during my teaching planning time…. not getting too sweaty, no warm-up or cool down. Thank you:-)
