I’ve been posting these type of exercises a lot lately on my Instagram and it’s been very popular so I decided to put them together into a 5 minute easy pace workout that you can do outside, in your bikini and tone up your muscles without getting too much out of breath. Workout Breakdown
Time Challenge
- Knee up leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
- Plie squat leg lift x 10/10 (with chair)
- Ballet hip raise/abduction x 20 (power band)
- Hip abduction / one leg push up x 5/5 (power band)
- Side plank leg lifts / Jump jack push ups x 6 alt. (power band)

I definitely prefer no music. It’s much harder to follow along without the verbal cues and it feels impersonal. Your warmth and charm are a huge part of what I love about the workouts and I feel like the music creates a disconnect.

I really prefer you do the talking during the workouts. Your voice makes me to feel like I am working out together with you. Without your voice, it doesn’t feel the same way. Please hypnotize us with your lovely voice once again!

Sorry, I’m going to have to jump on the no music train too. Although I typically do the workout on my own, I still watch the video for instruction on new exercises first so I understand the exercise and correct form. Totally understanding her want to be able to work out to music. Music helps keeps you energized. π Maybe play music in the background while filming so Zuzka can have a beat to listen to & we still get instruction? π Still loved the flow of this workout!

I found it hard to keep up because it was to the music and hard to transition as quickly from one move to the next. I really like it when you walk us through it.

I have to agree, this was more like writing down a routine and doing it on our own plus I had to keep pausing and rewinding the video to change positions to be able to follow along with the video because there wasn’t the liberty of time lapse for us in real time. We just love feeling like we’re working out with you Zuzka πͺπ»π

I think the music didn’t shock me as I am following on IG and used to this music. Actually now my brain associates the trailers on IG, but prefer the Zgym format within Zgym.(ie. no music)
I have been posting #Zgym since the beginning of my account (may 2015), which may actually be even the start of Z’s account π
So I am all set for zgym_official, ha, ha π
